Since 2011, over 2000 people have attended our core corporate training programs in Effective Communication and Transformational Skills.
Aiming for Excellence
This course aims to encourage continuous development and transformation through a combination of executive coaching strategies and accountable workplace practices. It focuses on exploring beliefs, values, behaviours and skills important in sustaining a mindset shift when aiming for excellence.
Effective Communicaitions
This course enables participants to effectively communicate and engage with increased confidence and awareness with external and internal clients. This course provides a foundation for additional WINGS Education Training.
Learning to Lead
FThis course aims to motivate aspiring leaders and individuals who are committed to self-development and continuous professional learning in the workplace and community. It supports positive behaviour change and new skill development to enable them to explore their leadership potential.
